Mission: Alpha Phi Foundation empowers women to be generous givers. We raise and award funds for programs that advance leadership development, encourage academic excellence, improve women’s heart health, support sisters in need and educate about the value of philanthropy.
Ivy League is our philanthropy that we host each fall. Our contribution is donated to the Alpha Phi Foundation, which supports the American Heart Association and Cardiac Care as well as the Forget-Me-Not Foundation. Events during this week-long event include Banner Day, a Heart Healthy Barbeque; Greeks got talent, Find a Phi, and our infamous Halloween party!
Aside from Ivy League, we also participate in other community service efforts. We hold an annual Pancake Phi’st were we cook pancakes for donations toward the foundation. This year Delta Chi also started its first Red Dress Gala where we collected donations for the foundation and had a great time! We also enjoy visiting Assisted Living centers, community clean up projects, and donating various items to charities that are in need.
